I read every message myself and reply from the same address. To help me sort out the problem, include:

• the app’s name
• your device and its operating system version
• what you did, and what happened instead
• a screenshot, if you have one

Apps

Cantaname and Radarcite aren’t released yet. When they are, this page will list help for each one.

Refunds

Purchases made in the App Store or on Google Play are refunded by Apple or Google, not by Small Shipyard. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com for the App Store, or from your Google Play order history.

Your data

To see, correct or delete data a Small Shipyard app holds about you, email privacy@smallshipyard.com. The privacy policy has the details.
